Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Violet Health, we value your time and strive to provide the highest standard of care. To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

 

Booking and Payment

Appointments may be booked online, by email or by telephone. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a charge.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund and may be charged the full appointment fee.

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled only if at least 48 hours' notice is given.

  • Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment cannot normally be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, any payment made will be refunded in full or transferred to a future appointment, according to your preference.

  • Refunds are not available for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Refunds are not available for completed consultations, assessments or treatment sessions.

  • If Violet Health is unable to provide the booked service, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

 

Online Consultations

Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments.

Please ensure you have a suitable internet connection and a private environment for your consultation. Refunds cannot be provided for technical issues on the client's side that prevent completion of the consultation.​
