Service Description
Acupuncture is a safe and evidence-based treatment that can help reduce pain, promote healing and support overall wellbeing. This treatment may be beneficial for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, muscle tension, headaches, sports injuries and persistent pain conditions. It can also support relaxation, stress management and recovery from injury. During your appointment, a thorough assessment will be carried out to understand your symptoms and goals. Fine sterile needles are then carefully placed at specific points to help stimulate the body's natural healing response, reduce pain and improve function. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and can be used alongside physiotherapy and rehabilitation to support your recovery and long-term health.
Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Refund Policy At Violet – Restore Your Health, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ### Cancellations and Rescheduling * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least **48 hours' notice**. * Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accepted and cancellation fees may apply. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. * Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee. ### Refunds * Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made at least **48 hours before the scheduled appointment** and payment has already been taken. * Refunds are not normally available for completed consultations, assessments or treatments. * If a service cannot be provided by Violet – Restore Your Health, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. ### Online Consultations Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments. ### Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
