Service Description
Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment that can be used alongside physiotherapy to help reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and support overall wellbeing. At Violet, treatment may include Dry Cupping, Wet Cupping (Hijama) or Cupping Massage, depending on your individual needs and health goals. Dry cupping uses gentle suction to lift the soft tissues, helping to reduce muscle tightness and promote blood flow. Wet cupping (Hijama) combines suction with a controlled therapeutic procedure and is performed following appropriate health and safety standards. Cupping massage involves moving specialised cups across the skin to help relieve tension, improve mobility and encourage relaxation. Cupping therapy may be beneficial for muscle aches, back and neck pain, sports injuries, stiffness, stress-related tension and recovery from physical activity. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs following a consultation to ensure it is safe, appropriate and aligned with your health goals.
Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Refund Policy At Violet – Restore Your Health, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ### Cancellations and Rescheduling * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least **48 hours' notice**. * Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accepted and cancellation fees may apply. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. * Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee. ### Refunds * Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made at least **48 hours before the scheduled appointment** and payment has already been taken. * Refunds are not normally available for completed consultations, assessments or treatments. * If a service cannot be provided by Violet – Restore Your Health, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. ### Online Consultations Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments. ### Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
