Service Description
A specialist physiotherapy consultation designed to support you throughout pregnancy and your postnatal recovery journey. This appointment is suitable for women experiencing pregnancy-related aches and pains, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, pelvic floor concerns, abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti), preparation for birth, or recovery after delivery. During the consultation, we will discuss your symptoms, medical and pregnancy history, lifestyle and goals. A comprehensive assessment will be carried out, followed by personalised advice, education and a tailored treatment plan to help you stay active, manage discomfort and support your physical wellbeing. Whether you are preparing for birth, recovering after delivery or simply looking for guidance to move comfortably and confidently, care is tailored to your individual needs and stage of motherhood.
Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Refund Policy At Violet – Restore Your Health, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ### Cancellations and Rescheduling * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least **48 hours' notice**. * Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accepted and cancellation fees may apply. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. * Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee. ### Refunds * Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made at least **48 hours before the scheduled appointment** and payment has already been taken. * Refunds are not normally available for completed consultations, assessments or treatments. * If a service cannot be provided by Violet – Restore Your Health, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. ### Online Consultations Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments. ### Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
