Service Description
Supporting confidence, comfort and wellbeing at every stage of life. 🌿 Sexual health is an important part of overall wellbeing, confidence and quality of life. This service provides a safe, supportive and confidential space to discuss concerns that may be affecting your sexual wellbeing, comfort or intimate relationships. This may include pain during intimacy, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal changes, menopause-related symptoms, body confidence concerns and the physical factors that can impact sexual health. Support focuses on education, pelvic health, lifestyle factors and personalised strategies to help improve comfort, confidence and wellbeing. Where appropriate, referrals to other healthcare professionals may be recommended as part of a holistic approach to care. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, helping you better understand your body and take positive steps towards improved health and wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Refund Policy At Violet – Restore Your Health, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ### Cancellations and Rescheduling * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least **48 hours' notice**. * Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accepted and cancellation fees may apply. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. * Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee. ### Refunds * Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made at least **48 hours before the scheduled appointment** and payment has already been taken. * Refunds are not normally available for completed consultations, assessments or treatments. * If a service cannot be provided by Violet – Restore Your Health, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. ### Online Consultations Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments. ### Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
