Service Description
Occupational Health Physiotherapy & Workplace Ergonomics Supporting businesses to create healthier, safer and more productive workplaces. This service provides expert occupational health physiotherapy, workplace ergonomic assessments and practical advice to help prevent and manage work-related musculoskeletal problems. Services are tailored to the needs of your organisation and employees, helping to reduce discomfort, minimise sickness absence and support a healthy return to work. Services may include workstation and DSE assessments, workplace ergonomic reviews, recommendations for reasonable adjustments, injury prevention strategies, employee wellbeing support and advice for staff experiencing musculoskeletal conditions affecting their work. On-site workplace visits can be arranged for individual employees or teams. Following assessment, a detailed report and practical recommendations can be provided to support both employee wellbeing and business objectives. Suitable for offices, commercial businesses, industrial settings and organisations seeking to improve workplace health and performance. **Please note:** Appointment duration, on-site visit requirements and pricing will vary depending on the size of the organisation, location and scope of the service required. Cancellation Policy
# Cancellation & Refund Policy At Violet – Restore Your Health, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ### Cancellations and Rescheduling * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least **48 hours' notice**. * Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accepted and cancellation fees may apply. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee. * Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged the full appointment fee. ### Refunds * Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is made at least **48 hours before the scheduled appointment** and payment has already been taken. * Refunds are not normally available for completed consultations, assessments or treatments. * If a service cannot be provided by Violet – Restore Your Health, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered. ### Online Consultations Online appointments are subject to the same cancellation and refund policy as face-to-face appointments. ### Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
